WHAT WE OFFER:
Tri- County Boxing is for anyone looking to acquire a new skill,  get into shape or  to train to fight competitively.  One -on- one training is provided by a knowledgeable trainer and focuses on cardiovascular, upper and lower body workout, strength training, self- defense and discipline.
 Overall boxing is the optimal workout.
Our  gym is fully equipped with weights, speed bags and heavy bags.
